Manual Size Tinkering

Ladies and Gentlemen, I hope you've been waiting for it! This is the post where I try to hack the code and change the size!

Coming soon, possibly next, will be the one where, if I have found some on the internet, I implement a size / HD hack on this here code! But not yet . . .

So! A regular embedded video. Nothing fancy. Dimensions 320 X 265

and now, with . . . 160 X 132.5!

Tee hee! That looks fun. Though I noticed that it got rid of the "Full Screen" option, and the option that unlocks HQ and such. Ah well. I suppose that's a built-in safety feature. Good for them!

Now to try 640 X 530!

SUCCESS!!! HAHAHA!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
And now I embed that video using YouTube's own 'largest' embedding size . . .

and I see that what I put in had the second dimension 530, but what YouTube uses is 505. This means that I can change the video's ratio to suit widescreen (or tallscreen) if I wish! Mwahahahaha! Now, for just one thing else:

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!!!

My next task is seeing if I can get those Custom Video Players to increase in size as well . . .

Okay, well, maybe there are other things. I just noticed that, while I can scroll to the side in preview mode, I cannot in regular post-viewing mode. So my giant "YouTube is in HD Now?" video is impossible to set to glorious High Quality, because the button is off-screen! So, I'll have at least one thing to research:
- An addition to the blog code that lets me have a scrollbar. In fact, I might just research the straight-up HTML for this; that would help me more with my job in general.
